About the job: 

We're seeking an English-speaking PHP Developer join our dynamic team at Borek Solutions. As a global company headquartered in Braunschweig, Germany, Kosovo, we specialize in IT, Business Process Management, and Sales. Our mission is to help our partners overcome talent shortages and accelerate their growth.

About you:

• Build innovative state of the art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
• Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared Javascript is valid and consistent across applications
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Work with others to ensure adherence to code standards and best practices
• Produce reusable, testable and efficient code.

Requirements:

• Very good experience in PHP using RESTful SOAP webservices
• 3+ years of experience in development using PHP
• Strong understanding of using relational databases MySQL, Maria DB
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Source Control Problems – Specifically GIT/Bickbucket
• Excellent analytic troubleshooting capabilities and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous time
• Demonstrated ability to work individually as well in the team
• Great command of English language
• Excellent communication skills

About the job:
We are looking for a talented and experienced German Speaking Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in tele-sales and representation to join our dynamic development team. As LeadGen, your role will be pivotal as the first point of contact between our company and potential clients in the Real Time Location System industry. Your main objective will be to proactively make outbound calls to generate high-quality leads and contribute to the expansion of our business. 

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing clients
2. Engaging with potential customers through phone conversations to determine their fit as potential targets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers who are not yet ready to decide. Provide them with relevant information, resources, and assistance to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
4. Sales Pipeline Management: Effectively manage and update CRM systems or sales tools to track lead progress, record interactions, and ensure accurate and timely data entry. Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.
5. Collaborating with the sales team

Requirements:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with potential customers and building rapport.
2. The ability to actively listen to prospects, understand their needs, and ask relevant questions is crucial for qualifying leads and offering appropriate solutions.
3. LeadGen should have the drive to persistently follow up with leads and handle rejection positively. Resilience is important to bounce back from setbacks and maintain motivation.
4. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively are vital.
5. Having a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure to achieve sales goals is important.
6. Very good German in written and speaking.
