Key Responsibilities:
---Content Creation & Execution: Prepare and localize engaging content (written & video) for social media platforms per the marketing calendar.
---Influencer Collaboration: Contact and collaborate with local/regional influencers for partnerships and user-generated content.
---Campaign Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns, and continuously test and optimize them for better engagement and conversions.
---Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights; create and maintain campaign reports.
---Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and followers, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly.
---Collaboration & Compliance: Work with cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns and ensure compliance with platform policies.
---Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, develop social influencer programs, and propose local tactics to improve sales results.
---Level of Professional Education: Minimum Level V: Secondary technical and other vocational and general training / secondary vocational and general education
---Professional Experience Required: At least 2 years of work experience in Social Media Marketing or a relevant field
Skills & Knowledge:
---Strong understanding of social media platforms and technologies
---Excellent copywriting and visual content production skills
---Data-driven, bases all decisions on analytics
---Strong project management skills
---Excellent communication and collaboration skills
---Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
---Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative campaign ideas
---Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns
---Deep knowledge of work with influencers in preparing joint social media activations to obtain user-generated content following local marketing calendar
---Strong understanding of social media policies and guidelines
---Experience with social media management tools.
---Understanding of the various KPIs and metrics used in measuring campaign performance.
---Advanced knowledge of content generation & management tools: Canva, Influee, and alike
---Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
---Strong user of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
---English level: Intermediate and higher
